Junk food includes items like chips, burgers, pizzas, fried snacks and sugary drinks. They
taste delicious but are harmful if eaten regularly. They contain too much fat, salt and
sugar, and very little nutrition. Eating too much junk food can lead to obesity, tooth
decay, weak bones and even disorders like diabetes. It also makes us feel lazy and tired.
