Which Will Float?

Collect a set of objects like coin, pencil, sponge, plastic ball, stone, metal spoon and bottle cap.
Then predict which will float or sink in water. Also, give reason to your prediction. Then, test in a
water tub and compare the results with your predictions.

Water Debate

Divide the students of the classroom into two groups – one supporting dams as useful and the
other speaking for the challenges faced due to dam construction like displacement of people,
floods and cost. Each group can present their arguments short points and then listen to the
other group.

Water Diary Challenge SEL

Maintain a one-day diary of how much water you and your family use for various purposes at
home. Then discuss in class how you can reduce wastage of water and share one way to save
