360-degree Holistic Report Card

The 360-degree Holistic Report Card included at the end of the book provides
a comprehensive picture of the student’s progress across cognitive, affective and

psychomotor domains. It includes contributions from teachers, peers, parents/guardians
and students themselves, creating a multilayered feedback system.

The report card serves the following purposes.
                 • Focus on how students learn, not just memorise.

                 • Encourage self-reflection, peer feedback and continuous improvement.
                 • Support collaboration, creativity and communication which are the key skills for the future.

                 • Build a well-rounded learning profile by combining academic progress with personal and
                     social development.
                 • Promote active participation from students, teachers, peers and parents/guardians.

                 • Help students take ownership of their learning, and identify their strengths and areas of
                     growth.

This 360-degree holistic approach ensures that every learner feels seen, heard, supported
and empowered, just as envisioned by NEP 2020 and NCF-SE 2023.

Students are encouraged to reflect on their own learning journey. They make the following
              observations.

                • Tick () the statements that match their experience honestly.

                • Write one thing they found interesting.
                • Write one thing they would like to improve (for example, speaking up more or understanding
                   a concept more clearly).
This helps them build ownership, confidence and metacognition.
