Dosa

Dosa is a crispy, thin pancake made from fermented rice and
dal batter. It is a popular South Indian dish usually eaten with
chutney and sambar. Since it contains both rice and dal, dosa

gives energy as well as protein. Fermentation also makes it easier
                     dosa to digest.

            Sambar

Sambar is a thick, soupy dish made using dal, tamarind and
vegetables such as drumsticks, pumpkin and beans. It is flavoured
with special spices called sambar powder. Sambar is not only

tasty but also healthy because it combines the goodness of
pulses, tamarind and vegetables in one dish.

                                      Fish Curry

Fish curry is a popular dish in coastal areas of India. It is prepared
with fresh fish, spices and sometimes coconut milk, especially in

states like Kerala and Goa. Fish is rich in protein and omega-3
fatty acids, which are very good for the heart and brain.
